What happens
and when

Days 1–2

Strategy & brief

One call, 60 to 90 minutes. We lead it. Goals, positioning, ideal buyer, shot list, talking-point prompts, release packs. You review and approve before we arrive on set.

Day 3–4

Production day

You host. We handle crew, kit, lighting, audio, direction, and scheduling. Brief on-camera appearances from you; we prep you fully in advance. Same-day ingest and backup.

Days 5–12

Build & deploy

We work independently. Post-production, ad creative build, copy pack, landing page development, CRM configuration, pixel setup, and end-to-end testing. One review package delivered for your sign-off.

Day 14

Handover & launch

Everything live and confirmed. Full handover pack delivered. Post-launch iteration round approximately four weeks later, improving underperformers based on real data.
